Heather Hamilton is the owner of and SEO consultant for Well Optimized SEO. Well Optimized SEO is a business she created to help small businesses with online visibility, authority and organic lead generation.
SEO stands for search engine optimization. SEO focuses on strategies to help get your business to pop up on the search engines, helps recognize what your business does and when people are searching for that, and promote more organized leads versus advertising.
Well Optimized SEO has been around since the summer of 2022. Heather has been officially in SEO for a couple of years now, but she has been doing SEO work for her other company, Barpath Fitness, for many years.

On-page audit and optimization- making sure you are using good keywords & headers and words are in the right places
Competitive analysis- there are only 10 spots on the first page of Google, so determining who are you competing against and what you need to do to improve your SEO
Backlink building- building links from other websites to your website
Heather also does content and blog audits, as well as monthly content strategy planning.
Heather's favorite part of this job is the strategy involved and working with small businesses. She loves getting to understand the client, their business and their needs, while working with the small business budget to come up with an effective strategy to help them get to the top of Google without spending tons of money! Her goal is to help the small business drive leads to drive their own business!
Heather prides herself on her communication, holistic strategy and having fun with the job! A lot of SEO agencies will over charge and not explain what they are doing. She likes to take the time to explain each step and does monthly meetings to inform the clients on what is going on. Many SEO companies have one specialty; however, Heather does them all! SEO can be boring and intimidating and Heather makes it a point to make it fun, easy to understand and pulls from client's experiences to help relate.
