With roots in the festival and nightclub scene, they have a combined 40 years of DJ experience—Walt with 25 years in the industry and Jenny with 15. In 2021, they officially launched Wander Beats, filling a gap in the wedding industry by showing couples that it’s possible to bring club-level energy and professionalism to their big day. They wanted to break away from the stereotypical “cheesy” wedding DJ vibe and provide a fun, high-energy alternative.

The next generation of Wander Beats is represented by their son, Kai, who is already making a name for himself as a DJ. At just 13 years old, Kai handles kid-focused and community events, recently performing at Thornton’s Pride event. Jenny and Walt take great pride in watching his skills grow and appreciate the fresh perspective he brings to the business.

Jenny and Walt’s love for their craft is evident in everything they do.
