Who Is Kyleigh?
Kyleigh grew up in North Carolina where her family still resides today. She graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science before going on to study Physical Therapy. She became a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) after graduating from Central Piedmont Community College in 2017 with an Associate of Applied Science degree. She worked in NC as a PTA for 4 years before relocating to Denver where she took a job as a PTA.
Back in November, I had a knee surgery and found myself in Physical Therapy shortly after. Kyleigh was the PTA I had the opportunity to work with. After about 2 months of dancing around her being unhappy with her job and me needing some full-time help in my business, we decided to go for coffee to chat about working together. After a few meetings, we both agreed that it was a win-win and Kyleigh put in her notice with her employer. A few weeks later, Kyleigh started full-time on the team!
When Kyleigh isn't working, she and her husband Josh enjoy exploring Colorado, skiing, spending time with their dog Hank, hiking and spending time with family/friends.
What Will Kyleigh Be Doing?
Provided that Kyleigh's background was in healthcare, admittedly I wasn't totally sure how things were going to go, even though I believed she was the right person for the position. Soon enough, I was not only certain of my decision to bring her on, but ecstatic to have her on the team.
Kyleigh assists me with a plethora of marketing tasks, day to day operations, business development, increasing our client care / process, and everything in between. She is extremely organized, a very quick learner, has a calm disposition, and probably most importantly, she is phenomenal at dealing with me. Kyleigh has already arranged 2 client appreciation events, sent out love to my clients (gifts, cards, etc), arranged 3 listings, created an abundance of our marketing materials, and so much more.
If you are a past client and are reading this, I want you to know that Kyleigh is going to enhance your real estate experience the next time you work with us. Our communication for every step in the transaction is improving, as well as the relationship fostering after the sale. If you are a prospective client or referral partner who is reading this, I want you to know that we were awesome before, but we're super awesome now (thanks to Kyleigh).
