Taylor: Final Closing of 2023 & Newest Arvada Resident

Taylor actually contacted me while I was on a cross-country road trip, so we pulled over and I had a buyer consultation with her! She had been working with an agent and was not very happy so she wanted to switch. After we spoke, she understood that I was going to be out of town for a few days so we set up a time to go look at properties as soon as I was back. After her discovery day, we fine-tuned what it was she was looking for and got to work!

We ended up finding a super cute home that she was interested in, but we ultimately lost in a multiple-offer situation. After searching for a few more weeks, we found a great property for Taylor!

We were able to tie up the property with a bunch of money in up-front concessions, AND Taylor was able to utilize a great loan program so she was bringing very little to the closing table! The property appraised at value and we were able to get close to $30,000 in inspection items covered during the inspection process!

This closing took a little longer than normal because we asked the Seller to do most of the work before Taylor closed and moved-in. Thank you so much for your patience along the way, Taylor.
