Sara and London were referred to me by London's Dad, Geoff Davis. Geoff and I met at a networking event. Geoff is the founder of a non-profit organization called Period Kits. Period Kits was founded in 2019 to create consistent and dependable access to the products needed for anyone that has a period. They have donated over 1,100 kits! His organization is pretty awesome. And so is he!
In the spring of 2021, I had a buyer's consultation with London and his wife, Sara. We got them approved by a lender and started looking at a few houses. We quickly realized that they were not going to be able to compete with the type of loan program they had in the market we were in, so we decided to look at new builds.
Soon enough, we found a great new build with Oakwood Homes! The process has taken about a year, but I am so excited for these two as they now get to close on a brand new home! The property appraised well over contract price since the home has gone up in value over the past year, so they are walking into their new home with significant equity!
