I originally met Morgan a few years ago through Instagram! I sold her a home a couple of years ago up in Loveland. Fast forward to today, and she is starting a new, exciting chapter of her life. A few months ago, I was able to help her and her partner, Xandria, get under contract on lovely new build up in Johnstown.
They were able to pick out some of the finishes that they wanted to see as well as their lot. The deal overall was very easy and smooth and had no major hiccups in getting to the closing table! We had a great experience with the builder as a whole as well!
