Melisa and I met last August when she found me on the NAGLREP (National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals) website and called me! She ended up buying a rental property near Regis university around that time. We only had 2 days to look at houses and so we squeezed in about 22 of them!!
This time, Melisa texted me a photo of a flyer from an open house she attended and asked to write an offer on the property. I did not even know she was in town visiting! Nonetheless, we quickly got her approved and through the process in just 24 hours so we could get an offer submitted. And sure enough, Melisa got under contract on this great Grant Ranch home! The deal went well as we managed to get her some inspection credits and the property appraised. Another 2 week close thanks to the amazing Abby McDaniel with Spire Financial. Not bad considering 2.5 weeks prior I didn't even know Melisa was looking yet!
