This month’s Business Spotlight shines on XO Gift Co, owned and operated by Kat Furr. XO Gift Co. is a woman-owned, locally run store located across from Crown Hill Park in Gold’s Marketplace. Inside, you'll find a wide variety of unique gifts, many of which are locally and U.S.-sourced—perfect for any occasion!

Celebrating 11 years in business, XO Gift Co. originally opened on Tennyson Street before moving to its current location about two and a half years ago. The shop’s story began when its owner, Kat Furr, handmade place card holders for her own wedding, which blossomed into an Etsy shop selling creative wedding items. That spark of inspiration eventually grew into the brick-and-mortar store that customers know and love today.

What truly sets XO Gift Co. apart is its combination of distinctive products, playful finds, and outstanding customer service—including complimentary gift wrapping. Customers love the store’s joyful, lighthearted atmosphere and often find themselves laughing at the fun and quirky gifts tucked throughout the displays.

This year, XO Gift Co. has been putting together our closing baskets, and we've received nothing but glowing feedback—they're beautiful, as you can see in the photo below!
