Interior tasks like installing blinds, replacing faucets, switching out light fixtures, ceiling fan installation, laminate flooring, trim work, and installing new doors or frames. He also does minor painting touch-ups.
He also does some exterior tasks such as building fences and fence repairs. He plans to get his fence license by the end of this year.
Austin's journey began with building fences and working with residential remodeling and property management companies, handling everything from fixer-uppers to full overhauls. He filled in punch-list items when subcontractors couldn’t complete the jobs. About 2-3 years ago, he decided to venture out on his own!
From a young age, Austin was fascinated by understanding how things work and how to fix them. This childhood passion transformed into a career, as he continuously sought opportunities to develop and refine his skills.
Austin enjoys helping people and appreciates the variety his job offers—no two days are the same. He relishes the problem-solving aspect of his work, finding joy in solving the puzzle that each new task presents.
Austin's pricing is based on the scope of the project. Clients are welcome to send photos of the project for a broad estimate. Certain larger projects may require an in-person estimate, for which there might be a charge. However, this charge will be deducted from the final project cost.
