I met Kyleigh in physical therapy back in the fall where she was one of my physical therapists. We quickly hit it off and as many of you now know, she is now my amazing full-time assistant! Since I first my Kyleigh, her and her husband, Josh, were very reluctant to dive into the home buying process. They had just moved to Denver last summer from NC and they didn't feel like they could afford to purchase home in an area they wanted.
A few weeks ago, Kyleigh and Josh found out that the apartment they were renting was being sold and that they had to move out within eight weeks. Kyleigh called me frantically asking what they should do, and after a long discussion (and some encouragement) they decided to get pre-approved to see what they could afford in the Denver area. The best lender in the game, Abby McDaniel with Spire Financial, quickly got them approved and we were looking at condos the very next day.
After looking at two condos, they decided to put an offer in on the first condo we saw together. They were under contract the very next day on their very first offer! The inspection went great, the appraisal came in at value, and they were able to close in just 3 weeks. We couldn't have asked for a smoother buying process for their first home purchase!
