Kate and I met back at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH! We both ended up out here in Denver. I ended up becoming friends with her brother, Leo, and one of her friends, Mikayla, out here also! I had the opportunity to hang out with Kate on several occasions and we've been friends out here since relocating!
Fast forward a couple of years, and Kate decided she wanted to buy a property! She reached out to me and asked me to assist her in the process. We had a buyer consultation, got a timeline together, and figured out the financing portion. We got a search set up for her and passively looked at properties for a couple of months.
Eventually, a home came on the market that Kate really liked! I went and toured it on her behalf while she was out of town. Kate was looking for a nice unit with a lot of character in Cap Hill and this unit certainly had that! We got an offer together and she went under contract on the home!
She ended up receiving an appraisal waiver on the property, and we were able to negotiate quite a few items on inspection. As a whole, the deal was seamless. Congratulations on your new home, Kate!
