Julia & Sharee: Moving On From Westminster Home

Updated: Apr 6, 2023

I met Julia and Sharee through my wonderful past (and very first) client, Tiffany Williams. Thank you Tiff for your continued support and referrals! After a couple of years of knowing Sharee, she reached out and asked if I would be able to come over for a listing appointment, as her and Julia were looking to sell.

We had a listing appointment back in September, at which point, they opted to do some work on the property in order to try to get a higher sale price and have some more time to move out, etc. Fast forward a few months, and they had completed their remodel and were ready to hit the market!

We went to market and ended up getting $30,000 over the list price after just one weekend of showings and 2 very busy open houses! We were able to negotiate great terms (full appraisal gap and limited inspection objection) for these guys and get through the deal without any major hiccups.

Congratulations Julia and Sharee! I am excited for you both and your next chapters in life. Thanks again for your trust and support!
