I first met Josh through some lovely past clients and friends of mine, Kelley and Cayley. I had a great time one Sunday at brunch with Kelly and Cayley and Josh actually came to pick the two of them up. We had a conversation about real estate then to which he told me he would likely never buy a home. :)
Just a few months later, he was hitting me up and wanting to get margaritas. We got together and he decided that he did in fact want to buy a home. I ended up selling him a house that year that he then spent the next two years improving and renovating to turn into a great house hack! In the Fall of 2022, Josh reached out to me that he was wanting to talk about buying his next place. We had several conversations over the following months and ultimately, worked out a plan for him to buy this summer.
We looked at a handful of places and wrote a few offers, but ultimately, we ended up with an absolutely incredible unit for him! There was very little that came up on the inspection and the home appraised over the contract price!
