Jeff: Successful Aurora Seller


I was introduced to Jeff through my wonderful past clients, Caitlin and Aimee, while attending a Pride party at the home I sold to them! Over the past few years, Jeff and I have become friends, and my wife Victoria has collaborated with him on several projects in his glass-blowing business! Yay to clients who turn into friends, and friends who turn into clients!


Jeff reached out to me when he decided to sell his home and relocate to the mountains. After our initial consultation, we put a plan together, and within a month or two, his home was on the market and ready to go!


In the first week, we received four offers and selected the best one. Unfortunately, that buyer got cold feet just a couple of days into the transaction. After going back on the market, we secured another strong offer and went under contract with a more committed buyer.


We seamlessly navigated the inspection process and quickly cleared the appraisal with no issues. Just a few weeks later, we were at the closing table!


This home did have a couple of larger challenges, but because we were proactive throughout the process, we were able to overcome them and get back under contract without too much difficulty.
