Janet and I first met at a holiday party. At the time, I was in search of a new business coach. I soon learned that Janet was unlike any “coach” I had ever worked with and offered a much more comprehensive program that far exceeded my expectations of what a "coach" can offer. We have now been happily working together for over 2.5 years. In this time, she has helped guide me through immense trauma, a major career transition, establishing healthy relationships, becoming more connected to who I truly am, and so much more.
Janet Redford is a personal performance strategist and a profit-first professional. The first time we met, she told me she “helps clients get out of their own way so they can do what they do best”. Based on my experience with her, I would say that is spot on. Her program takes clients through a process of: mindset, momentum and mastery. Janet got her initial coaching certification back in 2006. She had spent her entire life mentoring others in varying capacities, and decided it was time to create a business. Janet and her family endured unthinkable trauma around this time. Through her own process of healing and getting herself “un-stuck”, she decided that she wanted to help others do that as well. With that said, she decided to make her coaching program more spiritually connected. As a result, she officially launched Janet Redford Coaching in 2017 with a new focus and approach. She now focuses on helping clients to own their business and their life at the soul level, where they can step into who they really are and step away from self-sacrifice.
As a current client of Janet’s, words cannot express the impact she has had on my life and on my business. If you’re interested in a consultation or in some of Janet’s group offerings, you can get in touch with her on her Facebook page @JanetRedfordCoaching or on her website at www.janetredford.com.
As it pertains to real estate, Janet and her husband are not strangers to the real estate world. They recently purchased their 5th primary residence and understand the benefits of owning, rather than renting. In fact, they are currently in the process of strategizing how to obtain an investment property so they can help their family continue building wealth.
