About 10 years ago, I had the incredible opportunity to meet Matt on an expedition to Antarctica. We hit it off immediately and became fast friends, bonding over our shared sense of adventure. A few years later, fate brought us both to Denver, and I was thrilled when Matt decided to purchase a condo with me.
Several years after that, Matt gave me one of the highest honors a real estate professional can receive, he referred his brother and mother to work with me on an investment property purchase. I was so excited to help his family navigate the process!
