By pure luck, Drew found me online and decided to give me a call about helping him to purchase a home in Colorado while still living in Washington. We scheduled a consultation, discussed the process, and got started right away.
In typical out-of-state buyer fashion, Drew counted on me to go look at houses without him and help him make this big decision of which house to purchase. Soon enough, it was closing day! Drew signed from Washington then drove his moving truck across the country to move in just 2 days later.
