Danielle and I met this past summer through a mutual friend. (Shout out to Kylie for making this all happen!). We decided to grab coffee shortly after meeting at a dinner to begin her home journey! One of the things I most admire about Danielle was her desire to have her first purchase be a long-term hold as a rental. Many first-time buyers do not reach the point of understanding the benefits of investing until after their first purchase, if they ever do at all! But not Danielle. She was focused from the get-go!
Danielle was very determined to find a home in her price range that checked her boxes in the Highlands. After looking at about 15 or so homes, Danielle found the one! We then quickly tied up one of the 10 new builds in this brand-new development on 26th. Within 60 days, Danielle ended up underpaying for the house (appraisal came in over) and closing on this cute town home. Her new house has 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, 1220 square feet, a 1 car attached garage, and a rooftop deck featuring city views.
