Chris and Jenn were referred to me by two awesome past clients- thank you Katie and Jay for the lovely referral! I first met with Chris and Jenn via Zoom and we got a plan together for the purchase of their first home that lined up with their lease timing.

Shortly thereafter, we went on a discovery day before they had some travel planned. After they returned from their travel, it was back to the hunt! Interestingly enough, one of the first homes they saw on their discovery day really caught their eye but they weren't quite ready to make a move since it was so early in the process. That awesome home actually went under contract but came back on the market just in time for them to have a chance to make a move on it. I was so excited for my buyers, as we were able to get the property tied up and under contract!

We negotiated seller concessions, as well as additional repairs, a brand new roof AND a brand new air conditioner on the home for them! The property appraised OVER the contract price, meaning they are walking into instant equity! Within just a couple of weeks, we were at the closing table with just enough time for them to move out before their lease expired.
