Brooke: Centennial's Newest Homeowner

Brooke and I met each other during Aspen's closing weekend in 2023! Two of my good friends, Dave and Betsy, organized the weekend and were so generous to have invited my wife, assistant Kyleigh, and myself! Brooke and I added each other on social media after the weekend, and lo and behold, about a year later, she reached out because she was interested in purchasing a property!


We had a virtual consultation and quickly got her set up with a great lender, as well as set up on a property search. Soon enough, we were out looking at properties! After seeing quite a few homes and losing out on an offer, we found a great property that met Brooke's needs and also stayed within her budget.


We quickly put an offer together and sent it over to the seller. To our surprise, the Seller signed shortly after! Luckily for us, we were able to move quickly because, within 24 hours after we went under contract, they ended up receiving a backup offer on the property that was substantially above our offer.


Brooke's lender, Abby McDaniel with DNVR Lending, was able to get us an appraisal waiver shortly after going under contract, which was amazing and saved Brooke some extra money! The inspection also went really well overall! And yet, the seller still provided Brooke with about $10,000 in concessions. The deal was extremely smooth, and I can't think of a more deserving person for such a wonderful home!
