Bev & Jason: Out-Of-State Referral, Now Aurora Homeowners!

Bev and Jason were referred to me from an amazing agent in Washington (if you need an agent in Seattle, reach out and I'll connect you with her)! After speaking with their agent in Seattle and getting the lay of the land, I came to understand that Bev & Jason had been working with an agent in Denver and weren't super satisfied. They decided to give me a shot and we very quickly hit it off with our personalities!

We went and started touring properties around September 2023, as they just wanted to explore what was possible for themselves and get familiar with different areas here in Denver. In the meantime, they started the process of selling their home in Washington. After one turbulent contract on their home in Washington, they ended up finding an amazing buyer and had a very smooth deal on that side of things!

After that deal closed in early December, they were super motivated to go ahead and find their dream home in Colorado! We went under contract on what we thought would be a great home for them in Centennial; however, after further inspection, we realized it was not as good as we originally thought. They decided to get out before they invested more money into it!

After that experience, they altered some of their criteria a bit and decided to focus on newer homes. After more searching and offer writing, we found this absolutely beautiful, sun-drenched property in Aurora! They loved the home and wanted to pursue it, so we quickly got an offer together. After a bit of negotiation, we got the property under contract with concessions built-in up front!

Upon going under contract, we found out that there was a manufacturer defect with the roof. Before they even paid for their inspection, we got in writing that the Seller would pay in-full to have the roof replaced! Once that was done, we were able to get into the inspection. The items found during the inspection were very minor, but we were still able to get additional concessions!

After a several month journey, I am very happy to report that Bev and Jason have now sold their lovely home in Washington and have successfully relocated to Denver and closed on a property that perfectly suits them!

Congratulations Bev and Jason! You deserve this amazing low-maintenance space to call your own! I am so excited to have you here in Colorado and cannot wait to watch you fall in love with this state the way that I have! Congrats again!
