Lauren and I met about five or six years ago at a house party hosted by some mutual friends. At the time, she was looking for a job, so I connected her with my go-to inspector, who had mentioned he was hiring. She ended up working with that company for a few years, and we stayed in touch here and there over the years! Recently, Lauren reached out because she was looking to sell her property. We had a phone call, quickly scheduled a seller consultation, and put together a plan that met both her and the other owner's (Frank) needs.
