Amy & Ben: Repeat Clients & New Westminster Homeowners

Amy and Ben were originally referred to me by some of my past clients, and I helped them purchase their current home a few years ago!

About a year ago, Amy and Ben reached out wanting to have a conversation about taking the next step in their home journey as a couple. We discussed several options, including selling their home versus renting it out, and what the buying process would look like in each scenario. After going through all of their options, they wisely decided to keep their current property as a cash-flowing rental and purchase their next home!

Fast forward about eight months, and we began the home search! Once we narrowed down the location and what they were looking for, we were just waiting for the right home to hit the market. After a couple of missed opportunities, a home they absolutely loved was listed, but they were heading off-grid for four days and couldn’t see it in time! Luckily for them, although the home went under contract immediately, it came back on the market right as they returned from their trip! We quickly put together an offer and beat out another one that came in shortly after ours!

After getting the property under contract, everything moved smoothly, and a few weeks later they closed on a beautiful home at a great price. And they now have a cash-flowing rental property they are holding onto on top of it! Congratulations, Amy and Ben, and thank you for your continued trust and loyalty!
