Alisha and Frank were referred to me by a current client (Frank's sister). They were extremely sweet from the beginning and ready to buy a home for their young family. They almost instantly found a house they loved, but they weren't yet approved for a loan and the house quickly went under contract. After speaking with a couple of lenders and getting an approval, their dream house came back onto the market! We went to see it right away and were able to quickly tie it up.
This deal was a bit of a doozie! Several things that were outside of everyone's control went wrong. However, my clients were working with a phenomenal lender (Grover Greer) and the listing agent was an absolute rock star. I could not be more thankful that we had great people working on this deal to problem solve with and get this adorable young family to the finish line and in a great position! In the end, the house appraised, we secured a roof certification, got some repairs completed, and landed a 2 year home warranty for my clients.
