Who is Ash Ward?
Ash has been living in Denver since 2019. She is formerly from the Houston area. In Houston, she was a flight attendant for about 4 years before she was ready to relocate to Denver and put down some roots! After traveling nearly 24/7 as a flight attendant, Ash was ready to settle down and find her community.
Ash got her Real Estate License in January 2020 and worked with Compass and Resident Realty before switching over to Your Castle Real Estate and joining the team!
In Ash's free time, you can find her inline skating, hanging out with her friends, playing chess and reading and writing! She has a goal of reading 24 books this year! Ash also loves dogs! She does some part-time dog-sitting for her friends.
How did we meet?
I met Ash at Bardo Coffeehouse a while back. Ash had been following me on social media and came over to introduce herself. We had a few coffee dates following and really hit it off! Ash really respects the level of education that Your Castle Real Estate provides to their agents and after several meetings, we decided her joining the team was the right decision.

What made Ash interested in real estate?
After years of traveling as a flight attendant, she realized she was ready to build a life for herself and put down roots, and real estate was the best way to do this. She already knew a 9-5 job was not a fit for her so real estate was the answer to allow her to live the life she wants to live while building community.
Just like traveling, buying or selling a home can be stressful and she enjoys being able to help and guide people throughout each step of the way. The motivation behind each person's reason to buy and sell varies, just like traveling, and she wanted to continue to be able to help people and give back to her community.
What makes Ash different than other agents?
The quote, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm” by Ralph Waldo Emerson is one of Ash's favorite quotes that she feels encompasses her beliefs and practice as an agent. Ash believes her joy and optimism helps create an environment of positivity and success within her real estate practices.
Ash is solution-based, tenacious and trustworthy. She brings the whole package to the table- not just working hard and putting in the hours- but also providing care, attention to detail and optimism throughout the process. She prides herself on her genuine support for her clients- working with their timeline and wants/needs to put her clients in the best possible position.
Ash is a firm believer in learning from other agents. She likes to study successful agents and learn how to implement their practices into her business to give her clients the best experience. Ash states, "I am excited to elevate my education as an agent as well as see this next chapter as an opportunity for growth!"
