Rami was referred to me from a couple of past clients. Shortly after Rami reached out, we had a buyers consultation, got him quickly pre-approved for a loan and began the house search.
We looked at a handful of different units and unit types, and eventually wrote an offer on a great condo. Although given the opportunity, he ultimately ended up deciding not to buy this property. We then found a new build that he fell in love with. We wrote an offer on the first set of units released and unfortunately, he did not win. We wrote another offer on the second set of units released and they ended up accepting his offer! The builder was great to work with and the unit is very well made. Within just a few weeks, Rami closed on his first (and brand new) home!
