Lizzie and Adam were referred to me by a great client of mine named Karen. We jumped on a phone call to chat about the process and set next steps. Soon enough, we were out house hunting! These two lovebirds were set on purchasing on a multi-level home. Turns out that this particular style of home has become extremely popular with first-time buyers. Between the style of home, market we are in, price range and area they were looking, the competition was fierce!
These determined first-time buyers ended up writing SIX offers before finally getting accepted and under contract on an incredible house in Littleton (pictures below)! 6th time is a charm! That's how the saying goes, right? ;)
The deal went well as we negotiated quite a bit in inspection credits and the appraisal came in $10k OVER the contract price. Not to mention, we got this thing closed in just 2 weeks with the help of the always incredible Abby McDaniel with Spire Financial.
