Larry found me online through his son, Reynolds. Larry was looking to buy a long-term rental that his son could live in over the next few years and potentially buy off of him. After a couple of weeks of searching, we were able to get Larry under contract on just his second offer in this insane market!
The under contract period went smoothly. We were able to negotiate inspection credits AND have the appraisal come in $4k over the contract price! Larry was able to close on this property in a short timeframe of two weeks through my great lender partner, Grover Greer.
Now, I am helping Larry to facilitate a renovation of the property he just purchased to help make it feel like home for his son, Reynolds.
The best part is that Larry and I have become buddies through the process. He still calls me just to chat and I absolutely love that. I can't wait to finally meet him in person next week as we kick off this remodel! Congratulations Larry!
