Joy and Erin were referred to me by an awesome past client of mine (Thanks Tiff!). They moved here from Nebraska and were looking to buy a house. After a bit of convincing that I don't bite via Instagram chat, they finally agreed to meet up with me. We had our consultation over a few too many drinks, and eventually the night ended with midnight hamburgers and a hangover.
Joy and Erin were looking for a town home. They took all of my advice to heart and as a result, ended up under contract on their very first offer.
