Third time is a charm!
This is the third deal I have had the pleasure of doing with Jessica and Phil. I had the great opportunity of selling them their first home, helped them purchase their second home, and now, selling their first home!

I am so excited to have watched Jessica and Phil make their previous house a home! But it is even more fun watching them now be able to buy a house that better suits their needs!
They received an over-list price offer after just a couple of days of showings in a rapidly cooling market. The deal went smoothly overall, with them not needing to give up much money on the inspection process and negotiating a timeframe that worked best for all parties.
