Jennifer and I went to the same college (Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio). Jennifer and her partner, David, reached out to me, as they were looking to buy in the Denver area. We had a buyer's consultation and got them approved with my preferred lender in no time!
Jennifer & David told me they would not be looking to buy anything until after January; however, after I set a search up for them, there were a couple of houses they wanted to go ahead and look at.
After the first set of showings in the Wash Park area, we went on a second set of showings in the Highlands and furthered our discussion about what the right place might look like for them. I suggested a new build community that I was familiar with that was by my home. They went ahead and looked later that weekend at the community. And sure enough, they fell in love with one of the units!
After talking to the building further and figuring a few different things with the financing, they were actually able to buy an even bigger and more beautiful unit that still made great financial sense for them. Unlike most new builds where you have to wait a year or so for the project to be completed, this one was going to be done in just a couple of weeks! Additionally, because of the incentives the builder was offering at that time, they were able to secure an absolutely incredible interest rate.
Jennifer and David were able to secure a brand new home that checked all of their boxes and it was completed in just a few weeks! Congratulations to the two of you! I can't wait to have a barbecue on your rooftop deck looking at the sunset with those amazing mountain views! AND...now we're neighbors! Congratulations again!
