Jeni & Ashlie found me through Instagram over the late summer. After a bit of time, they set up a buyer consultation. After our initial buyer consultation, they decided they would like to move forward with getting pre-approved. We got them approved with our awesome Lender, Abby McDaniel, with DNVR Lending, and set up a search for them!
We went out looking for houses shortly there after! On the first set of showings, we went into a home that was actually a really good fit for them. After taking a little bit of time to think about it, they decided to go ahead and put in an offer, and we quickly got the home under contract! Woohoo!
We were able to negotiate over $13,000 in concessions, got them a brand new roof, and several other items on the home. The property also appraised for $7,000 over the contract price!!
For this deal, we decided to do a little bit longer of a closing to help delay their first payment and allow the seller to stay in the home for a couple of weeks after closing. Just after the first of the year, these two closed on a great home for them and their family, and are now settling in to their new house!
