Jamie, Casey, Matt and I met around January of 2021! Jamie was referred to me from a past client. She came to me with a lender they were already working with and we quickly began the search for a home!
We shopped for a couple of months, and unfortunately, did not have any success. With Jamie's upcoming wedding, they decided to put their house hunt on hold until the spring of 2022.
Fast foward to this spring, we got them approved and quickly started looking again. This time around, they ended up getting under contract on their very first offer! The property appraised at value, and the inspection went really well. Overall, it was a very smooth deal, with just a 2 week closing, thanks to Abby McDaniel and her amazing team!
