Melisa found me on the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals site (NAGLREP). She called me out of the blue wanting to purchase a single-family home between Denver and Boulder. After getting her pre-approved, setting up an online search, and so forth, Melisa arranged to fly in for a few days to look at properties. And man did we look at properties! We checked out 21 homes together in 2.5 days. It was quite the marathon! However, by the end of her trip, she was under contract on a House Hacking dream!
Melisa recently closed on a beautiful 2-unit single-family residence.
