Ginger was referred to me by a lovely past client, Jason (Thank you for the referral, Jason!). I helped Jason buy a beautiful property down in Sterling Ranch earlier this year, which Ginger moved into. That then left Ginger's condo in Lakewood needing to be sold.
After they got settled into Jason's new home, Ginger and I met for a seller's consultation. Upon meeting and chatting about her goals, we decided to get to market just ten days later to try and hit a competitive window.
In a very short period of time, we were able to get the unit painted, light fixtures replaced, minor cosmetic items addressed, whole property cleaned (including carpets), and the property staged and photographed.
We went under contract in just one day with a very strong offer; however, the deal ultimately fell out due to buyer financing. We went back to market and got under contract in one day with a substantially better offer and with better terms!
Although the selling process was a bit challenging, given the first contract fell out, ultimately, Ginger ended up ahead and we got to work with an awesome buyer, buyer's agent and lender!
