Amber & Charlie: Happy Wiggins Sellers

Amber and Charlie were a referral from some wonderful past clients a few years ago. At the time, they were first-time buyers looking for a home where they could grow their family. After a couple of years, they had outgrown that space and also wanted to be closer to family for some built-in support with the kids!
Last summer, I had a few calls with Charlie, Amber, and Charlie’s mom, Rebecca. Together, we came up with a game plan to sell both Charlie/Amber’s home AND Rebecca’s home, then to have them purchase a new property that could comfortably accommodate everyone—while still providing the privacy each of them wanted.
With our strategy in place, we got to work. Just a few months ago, it was time to list Amber and Charlie’s home. After a bit of prep work and having them move out, we got the house on the market—and within just a couple of weeks, we received a full-price offer with a quick closing timeline!
They negotiated to significantly reduce the concessions the buyer initially asked for, and didn’t have to give up a single dollar at inspection. A few short weeks later, we were at the closing table!
It was a great outcome for Charlie and Amber, and I’m so excited for them as they begin this new chapter. Even better—we’ve officially completed step one of three to help their entire family transition into the perfect next home! Congrats to all parties involved!
