This month's business spotlight features Maria Villela, co-owner of Carpet & Flooring Services! This family-owned business is run by her and her husband. They have been in the business for almost 6 years now!
These two offer a variety of services including, but not limited to: carpet repair, carpet replacement, LVP/LVT flooring, hardwood stairs and carpet removal. (They do not do tile replacement/installation and do not refinish hardwoods)
They serve the greater Denver metro area, basically anywhere within 100 miles of Denver! They pride themselves on working with people’s budgets. They will help people find what they want in their budget or provide great alternatives so that they can get their project completed! Maria and her husband also work with larger companies, including Carpet Exchange, where they can buy the carpet for you at a discounted price so you do not have to deal with the hassle of purchasing it yourself (and it will save you some money!)! Have pets at home? No worries! Maria and her husband are pet-friendly and understand the hassle trying to juggle a pet and home repairs.
Carpet & Flooring Services try to keep a flexible schedule to meet the clients needs. They also pride themselves on their open communication and honesty. They are upfront and truthful with every clients about costs, time of completion and ensuring the client gets the best pricing.
I have used Maria and her company for several of my properties and have been extremely pleased with their work! They are reliable, quick to respond and always have the client's best interest in mind. I highly recommend them for any flooring or carpet needs! The pictures below are from one of my rental properties, where Maria and her husband tore out the old carpet and replaced it with LVP!
