Meet Lee Kastberg, my go-to home inspector. Lee's journey in homes began in the early 2000's when he was working for Habitat for Humanity. Through this 10 year journey with Habitat, Lee became passionate about educating people about their homes, as the people buying the houses were also helping to build them. Fast forward to today, and Lee runs one of the most reputable home inspection companies in Denver.
Whether you’re purchasing a condo or a 4-plex, Lee and his team will help make sure you feel confident in your real estate purchase. Lee is a part of a national home inspection franchise called Pillar to Post. His independently owned and operated business is The Kastberg Team, which he started back in 2011. The Kastberg Team inspects anything residential, whether that is a single-family residence, a condo, a town home, or a multi-unit property up to 8 units.
Although Pillar to Post is a national franchise, each franchise is independently owned and operated. With that said, each particular franchise will have its own culture, service level, efficiencies, etc. I can confidently tell you that the Kastberg Team is well known in the Greater Denver Area for their impeccable customer service and vast experience in the world of homes. One of the many things my clients particularly love is that Lee and his team are extremely passionate about educating clients about the house they are purchasing. Lee’s team also leaves a hardcopy binder of the detailed inspection report with the client at the time of the inspection. This can then serve as a reference guide, to-do list, reminder on some of that education, etc. over the coming years of living in the home.
Personally, Lee owns 2 doors in Denver and hopes to get to 5-10 doors over the coming years. There is nothing better than an inspector who not only helps people to confidently purchase homes, but also invests themselves!
