Given the current shelter in place situation, I wanted to create a fun contest to help keep you motivated. I am guessing that I am not the only person getting far ahead on my home improvement and maintenance projects during this time. What better way is there to spend this time at home than increasing the value of your largest asset??
To help promote your Spring project completion, I am holding a contest! Please send before and after photos of a home improvement project you complete during the month of April! This needs to be a project that you have completed (not hired out) during this month only!
Please submit your before and after photos to chelsea@elevated-properties.com by April 30th. A winner will be selected on May 1st!
The winner will receive a $100 gift card to the home improvement store of their choice!
