Erin and I met on a Facebook group in the late summer. She initially had me out to chat about selling her current home or keeping it as a rental. A few weeks after meeting, she reached back out to let me know that her and her husband Garrett had decided to not sell their great potential rental property, but instead pull some equity out and go buy a new home!
After several months of hunting, writing offers, getting under contract and terminating on another home, etc., we found a great home in Morrison for these two. We wrote an offer and sadly lost out. However, not too long after, the home came back on the market and we quickly tied it up. The deal went smoothly (this time) as their inspection came back with very few issues and the property appraised over the contract price. Within a few short weeks, we were at the closing table and these two were signing closing documents for a home in Morrison!
